Even Paramount and Dreamworks know that HD-DVD doesn't stand a chance, that's how sad this is getting. They're just stalling a little while longer, which is even worse. Just make the jump now, save yourselves the humiliation of supporting an already dead format.
Should've went with Sony. Sony always wins. 8 million PS3's sold in only it's first year WITH competition (Wii, 3fixme). 360 sold less WITHOUT competition. Who's doing better, in reality?
They paid for a console that gives them RROD very often. They paid for Xbox Live, an online service that is vastly inferior to a free service called PSN. They paid for a console that isn't future proof, and like the original Xbox, it will fail and lose to Sony's PlayStation brand. Microsoft stopped supporting the original Xbox soon after it was released and 360 owners get will be shafted once M$ announces a new Xbox console.
To sum this up into one sentence, 360 supporters paid...

I'm Chad Warden and I approve Dark Sniper's intelligent, well thought out contribution.
What's happening? I mean, I know most Sony supporters were saying "Wait for next year" last year but I didn't expect Sony to start dominating only a few days into the new year and for Microsoft to start showing us they can't keep up with Nintendo or Sony. Looking at the horrible 360 lineup for this year makes me happy I didn't buy a 360.
With Warner and New Line Cinema now Blu-ray exclusive, this format war is over. Paramount and Dreamworks will convert pretty soon as well they're just stalling while at the same time losing money on the HD-DVD side.
Transformers? That silly movie doesn't compare to the huge, epic movies that Warner and New Line bring us.
Is that what you tell yourself at night so you can sleep better? Is that what you tell yourself in the morning before you go to school so you can focus on your work? I sense fear in you and I could understand why. 360 will fail.
360 will end up in third by default and they'll give you the shaft just like they did to the Xbox owners. PS3 will live on, just like the PS2 still is, after so many years.
This is just getting sad now. People didn't wanna believe it but we, the people with brains, knew it would happen sooner than expected. Sony is set to dominate in 08 and with Warner/New Line now Blu-ray exclusive, it will only get easier for Sony from here on out. Keep in mind they didn't even put up the Japan numbers yet haha oh man.
